What's Inside?

“Hypertrophy 1” is a 12-week program designed to pack on the lean muscle. It targets both sarcoplasmic and myofibrillar hypertrophy, so you’re not only building size, but actually increasing the amount of contractile fibers making you stronger. Plus, the higher volume phases are extremely metabolic, so you’ll also reap some solid conditioning benefits.

Each phase contains 4 strength training workouts every week.
